Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to do this to be an Apogee Affiliate?
Not at all, but we have heard the desire for one on one treatment LOUD AND CLEAR so we are creating this for those who want it. Many campuses succeed using the standard Apogee tools and network. But if you want faster results and one-on-one help, this is for you. Everything you need to succeed (AND MORE) is already available in the network.
What if I already launched but things aren’t working?
We support both pre-launch and existing campuses. A single week of one-on-one help can realign your team, structure, and environment. We can also come along for an entire year OR you can just come and observe and learn at a fully functioning and automated campus!
Is the $25,000 Launch Team refundable?
No — but it’s designed for high ROI. The changes implemented in just one week were worth the entire investment. 5 students retained at $10,000 a year is double the investment for the Full Launch team and you will have way more return than that. The nature of the consulting and services is such that we can't undo what's done so there are no refunds, but yo uwon't be asking for one either.
Is Jackie the only person who leads this?
Jackie Hill is one of the most accomplished micro school founders on the planet and leads most Launch Team engagements, but other Apogee veterans may step in depending on your needs and availability. With the Full Launch Team Package you'll get one on one access to Matt Beaudreau and Coach Kevin right away as well.
Do I need to travel for the $5K Launch Team Workshop?
Yes. It’s hosted at a live Apogee campus in Virginia, where you’ll observe real operations and participate in intensive hands-on workshops. You'll nee dto get there and secure your own hotel and food. You'll get a full day of watching the school operate and function ... and then another full day of workshops laying out what you saw and how it works and how you can apply it to your campus immediately. This is real world experience - not theory! There's no way to get this via ZOOM.

He is a two-time featured TEDx speaker and he was named Corporate Trainer of the Year at Stanford University, having spoken to over 250,000 people.

For over a decade, Jackie has been guiding young learners and teens to take ownership and responsibility over their lives, while leading by example. She is an advocate for self-directed learning and the founder of Arete Academy. Jackie leads all of our in person training and for great reason. With a passion for fostering personal responsibility, she brings the ability to walk into your school and know what to do in what sequence. She is the master of systems and or creating a school that works and she will bring all she has to your campus.
Kevin Voisin
The Coach
Full of power, vulnerability, wisdom, and vision, Coach Kevin brings the experience and solid foundation needed to change the lives. At live events or virtually, what you can expect from him is genuine love & connection with an unyielding insistence on being open, responsible and accountable. His role in Launch Team is to help with marketing, mindset, and baseline getting sh*t done as an entrepreneur.
